Chelsie founded Resoul Day Spa in 2020. She has been a licensed Esthetician and Manicurist since 2005 with added certification for eyelash extensions in 2011, lash educator in 2021 and permanent makeup in 2018. One of Chelsie’s greatest passions is mentoring our staff and watching their careers unfold. She is proud to be a second generation Aveda female entrepreneur. She prides herself in brightening your mind, body and spirit with each visit!
Hlee has been with Resoul since day one and enjoys being part of a space and team that keeps growing—(and dream of one day stepping into the treatment room!) For the time being, you’ll likely catch her wearing one of her many hats in our Experience Center or behind the scenes! Whether you’re ready to book or just spa-curious, she’s always believed the spa isn’t just a luxury—it’s a reset button we all need from time to time. There’s just something about the way a spa visit can turn your whole day (or week) around!
When she’s not in the spa, she’s all about family time with her crew of five, chasing sunshine, and good food that hits with bold, spicy, umami flavor!

Krissy is a licensed massage therapist and a recent graduate in 2023. With a deep-rooted commitment to aiding individuals in their post-surgical recovery and exploring non-invasive alternatives, she embarked on a journey to become a skilled massage therapist. As an advocate of self-care and overall body wellness, Krissy specializes in the art of holistic healing. During her leisure hours, she immerses herself into enhancing her knowledge in massage and body work techniques, traveling and seeking new adventures.
Jadrian is a licensed esthetician who graduated in 2022. Her greatest passion is building personalized and realistic at-home skincare regimens. She loves creating a comfortable environment to grow your confidence and knowledge in your own skin. Jadrian is skilled in facials, peels, body care, full body waxing, and lash/brow services!
As the face of our font desk and advisor on all things Aveda and the other brands we are proud to have at Resoul, Karen is dedicated to ensuring your experience is seamless from the moment you arrive. With a passion for self-care, she loves helping guests find the perfect products and treatments to relax and recharge. Whether you need help booking an appointment or advice on spa retail, Karen is always ready with a recommendation. Outside of Resoul, she enjoys hiking the great outdoors, diving into a good book, and spending quality time with friends and family.
