Chelsie founded Resoul Day Spa in 2020. She has been a licensed Esthetician and Manicurist since 2005 with added certification for eyelash extensions in 2011, lash educator in 2021 and permanent makeup in 2018. One of Chelsie’s greatest passions is mentoring our staff and watching their careers unfold. She is proud to be a second generation Aveda female entrepreneur. She prides herself in brightening your mind, body and spirit with each visit!
Hlee has been with Resoul since day one and enjoys being part of a space and team that keeps growing—(and dream of one day stepping into the treatment room!) For the time being, you’ll likely catch her wearing one of her many hats in our Experience Center or behind the scenes! Whether you’re ready to book or just spa-curious, she’s always believed the spa isn’t just a luxury—it’s a reset button we all need from time to time. When she’s not in the spa, she’s all about family time with her crew of five, chasing sunshine, and good food that hits with bold, spicy, umami flavor!
Jadrian is a licensed esthetician who graduated in 2022. Her greatest passion is building personalized and realistic at-home skincare regimens. She loves creating a comfortable environment to grow your confidence and knowledge in your own skin. Jadrian is skilled in facials, peels, body care, full body waxing, and lash/brow services!
As the face of our font desk and advisor on all things Aveda and the other brands we are proud to have at Resoul, Karen is dedicated to ensuring your experience is seamless from the moment you arrive. With a passion for self-care, she loves helping guests find the perfect products and treatments to relax and recharge. Whether you need help booking an appointment or advice on spa retail, Karen is always ready with a recommendation. Outside of Resoul, she enjoys hiking the great outdoors, diving into a good book, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Sydney was born and raised in the La Crosse area and has a deep love for spending time outdoors and with her friends and family. As an esthetician, her favorite part of the role is creating a relaxing, welcoming experience for each guest while helping them feel more confident in their skin. Sydney especially enjoys performing facials and lash lifts, where she can combine her passion for skincare with personalized care.

Morgan is a licensed esthetician who graduated in 2023. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, safe space for every guest who enters her treatment room. Morgan is dedicated to providing deeply relaxing facials while delivering noticeable, results-driven skincare. Her expertise also includes chemical peels, facial and body waxing, brow shaping, and lash lifts and tints. Outside of Resoul, Morgan enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and immersing herself in music.

Heather is a Licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in Sweedish, Deep Tissue and Prenatal Massages. She is also certified in Cupping and Trigger Point Therapy. She comes with 10 years of experience in field of Massage and a passion of helping others become the best version of themselves. Outside of Resoul she is a mom of two, wife and artist. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, nature and painting.
