Our Resoul Lounge is available for spa party guests to utilize before, during, and after spa services at no additional cost. If another spa party is scheduled directly after yours, our spa coordinators will ask your party to move up to the front waiting area once your guests have finished receiving all of their services.

All guests should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to appointment times. Please be mindful of your party’s noise level, since other clients are enjoying spa treatments in adjacent treatment rooms. We respectfully ask to keep your voices down and cell phones/pagers with volume turned down or silenced so as not to disrupt other client’s spa experiences.

Due to high demand and limited technician availability, we recommend that parties of 3+ request for advanced reservations at least 1-2 months ahead. All spa party requests may be forwarded to guestservices@resouldayspa.com. Please provide dates requested, the number of people that will be attending and services interested in scheduling so we can better assist you in booking. Please note that all spa parties of 3+ require a credit card to secure the reservation.

All spa parties must be reserved with a credit card provided by the spa party organizer. The credit card on file will be charged if there is a last minute cancellation or a no-show by any spa party guest.

All cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the spa party date will be charged 50% of the full price of the services.

If you need to cancel, you must do so one week prior to the date of your spa party.

Appointment modifications and group guest list changes must be made three days (72 hours) prior to the date of your event. Please notify us as far in advance as possible to help ensure that each of your guests can receive the treatments they would like.

Spa voices, please. To maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you lower voices and turn off your cell phone while visiting our spa. Please be mindful and respectful of others. We want all of our guests to have a relaxing and memorable experience.

Resoul Day Spa will provide water and Aveda Comforting Tea upon request. Non-cooked foods are allowed and must be approved. Finger foods like fruit, cheese and desserts are some popular choices. We ask that you provide ice, silverware, plates and napkins, if you require them. You are responsible for removing any and all remaining items when you depart.

Yes, we have complimentary key lockers available for you to store your personal belongings.

Yes. Group gatherings must be reserved with a credit card provided by the spa party organizer. However, the credit card will only be charged if there is a cancellation within our cancellation policy or a no-show by any spa party guest. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required and will be charged with the credit card provided above once date, time and services are confirmed and can be used towards services day of.

At check out, our front desk staff will happily split up the bill individually, or take one payment for the entire spa party. Please note that an 15% gratuity will automatically be added to treatments received by all spa parties. Resoul Day Spa accepts the following payment types: Cash, Visa/Mastercard, American Express & Discover. Sorry, we do not accept checks.

Your comfort is our priority. Generally speaking, we recommend that you wear comfortable clothes while you’re at Resoul! Before most of our spa treatments, Resoul will provide robes and slippers for you to change into and you will be asked to remove your jewelry.

If you’re scheduled for a pedicure, we recommend bringing a pair of open-toe shoes or sandals that do not touch your toenails.
