Please take a moment to read and become familiar with our policies. Thank you for supporting our small business. We appreciate your courtesy and couldn’t do what we love without you!

Online bookings require a deposit at time of booking and a credit card on file, and treated with the same 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy. We respect your privacy and will never sell or offer your information to another company/individual. Gift cards not applicable with online booking. We ask that you please contact the spa to schedule if you have a gift card to use towards your future service.

We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. To maintain our peaceful atmosphere in the Resoul Lounge, please be mindful and respectful of others, lower voices and turn off your cell phone during your visit. We want all of our guests to have a relaxing and memorable experience.

Reservations are recommended in order to guarantee a time slot that works best for you. Should you have a preference as to which technician performs your treatment, please let us know at the time of booking. If no preference is stated, we will schedule you with any one of our highly trained technicians.

Your time is valuable as well as ours. Because our day spa services are reserved especially for you, as a courtesy, should you need to cancel/reschedule, we recommend out of consideration for other guests and our team members to provide a greater than 48 hour notice prior to your spa reservation.

The success of our small business depends on you showing up to your appointments and your cooperation allows us to properly accommodate our guests. Cancellations 48 hours prior to your reservation will result in a 50% service charge. Failure to provide adequate notice of 24 hours or no show of your appointment will result in a 100% service charge with your provided card on file.  For your convenience, you can cancel your appointment via Email/Phone/Text during normal business hours.

For spa groups of 2 or more, we require a notice of one week for cancellation of treatments. Failure to provide this notice will result in 100% service charge with your provided card on file.

We appreciate your understanding and please know we value your time and support with these policies.

Resoul Day Spa requires guests to save a credit card number on file to hold all appointments. This includes guests paying with a gift card. Contactless payments may be made with your saved Card on File.

Forms of payment accepted include American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Google/Apple Pay and Cash. Sorry, we do not accept Aveda.Com Gift Certificates and/or Aveda.Com exclusive only coupons/promotions.

Due to high demand and limited technician availability, we recommend that parties of 3+ request for advanced reservations at least 1-2 months ahead. Please call ahead for availability and/or forward your request to guestservices@resouldayspa.com. Please provide dates requested, the number of people that will be attending and services interested in scheduling so we can better assist you in booking. All spa parties of 3+ require a credit card to secure the reservation.

Appointment reminders will be sent via text and/or email (your preference). All reminders are sent 5 days prior to your scheduled reservation and again the day before for any unconfirmed appointments. Easily tap the link in your text and/or email reminders or simply reply via your text reminder that you’ll make it to your appointment time. As a courtesy, please provide a 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled service should you need to cancel/reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a 100% service charge.

Spa voices, please. To maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you lower voices and turn off your cell phone while visiting our spa. Please be mindful and respectful of others. We want all of our guests to have a relaxing and memorable experience.

We specialize in customized treatments that are based on individual client needs. All aspects of our services can be customized, so please let your technician know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area. The best experience always comes from honest, open communication with your technician.

Please don’t hesitate to ask for a silent appointment if you’re anxious, tired, mentally drained etc. and just want to avoid conversation and have some quiet time. There will be no judgement…there never is. Regardless of the reason, you are always welcome to utilize this option and feel comfortable in knowing we support and encourage the comfort in silence.

To better serve you, please let your technician know if you are pregnant, or have any of the following issues: muscle or joint injuries, heart condition, high/low blood pressure, diabetes, fever, contagious skin condition or any other medical issue.

– Resoul Day Spa gift cards do not expire.
– Resoul Day Spa gift certificates can be used towards any treatment, product, gift, or gratuity.
– No refunds are given for Resoul Day Spa gift cards.
– We gladly offer gift certificate transfers and credit toward all Resoul Day Spa services and products.
– Resoul Day Spa gift certificates cannot be reissued if lost or stolen.
– Aveda Plus Service Certificates may be used towards a Resoul Service. Must be requested on guest’s behalf with Aveda/Aveda Plus at least 24 hours prior to redemption. Please mention use of Service Certificates upon booking and/or check out to verify validation.

Need to stock up? Gifting for a friend? All Aveda Retail Preorders can be placed at least a week ahead by calling and/or texting our direct line 608-881-6533 with your retail needs. Once your preorder has been confirmed by a Resoul Team Member, pre-payment will be required to guarantee order placement. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick-up.

Retail

We want you to love your purchase! If you are dissatisfied with your retail purchase, returns may be made within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt. The value of the return can only be exchanged for either another product or stored as a spa credit, which can be applied for purchase of either a service or product. Jane Iredale and Aveda makeup are final sale and nonreturnable.
