Yoga is an ancient practice that brings harmony and balance to the mind and the body. When practiced in the calming glow of a salt room, you’ll experience added healing benefits. Salt therapy improves the immune system and is anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. It may assist with conditions such as asthma, sinus infections, allergies, and skin conditions.
You’ll begin with a relaxing floral Ayurvedic foot soak before moving into the Halo Salt Room where you’ll be guided through some gentle yoga poses and breath work. These practices will help calm your mind, rejuvenate your body and optimize the effects of the salt room. No yoga experience is necessary and all levels are welcome. Your session will finish with guided meditation to complete your relaxation.
