Our effort to provide you with a safe environment includes several new protocols, cleaning supplies, and a reduced capacity in our retail area. We are also offering curbside pick-up and home delivery services for our guests within a 5 mile radius of our spa. We appreciate your loyalty and your commitment to the safety of our team members as well as our community.

Procedures

We will greet you to begin our new entry procedure and share safety protocols. We ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time and no sooner. Our waiting area is now open with limited seating. You may also choose to wait inside your vehicle until closer to your reservation time.

Service reservation required. At this time, we are not able to accommodate walk-in service guests.

Cancellation Policy/No Show. If you need to cancel your appointment, we recommend, out of consideration for other guests and our team members, to do so 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. A $25 fee will be added to your next service ticket if you fail to provide adequate notification.

Quiet Please. To maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you please lower voices and turn off your cell phone while visiting our spa.

Curbside Pickup. To minimize the number of guests in our stores, we will continue to offer curbside pickup of retail and gift card purchases.
